READ THIS:-

For our purposes, the term pallet recycling means to take a particular pallet and process it in a neccessary way so as to return that pallet, in a sound condition, back to it's intended or similar use.

Only pallets of recognised dimensions are suitable for this recycling process.

PALLETS NOT SUITABLE FOR THIS RECYCLING PROCESS......WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM?

GREEN ENERGY RECYCLING

Most pallets of the following categories are generally not suitable for reuse as load carrying pallets.  Most of these being imported lightweight timber material, cardboard, presswood pallets.  We offer a pallet clearing service that collects these pallets and transports them to a green energy generating plant that produces electricity to supplement the main power supplies.  Once delivered to the green energy generating site, they are processed and used as fuel.  Even the remaining ash from the pallet material that goes through this process is recycled in to reusable product.

Nothing goes to landfill making this a true recycling process. Even the nails are recovered and eventually used as scrap metal.

This is not a free service and available at the present time, only in the South East Queensland area.

We will be happy to quote on any job and our charges include transportation and disposal fees.

In the past there has been obvious confusion regarding pallets suitable for our "pallet recycling system" and pallets suitable only for green energy recylcing. To make sure the difference between pallets is understood, here is how it is.

Pallet Recycling:- As described at the top of the page, that being companies with pallet pooling abilities, manufacturing companies that purchase their own pallets and use them in a closed system.  Pallets of recognised industry dimensions.

Green Energy Recycling;- Lightweight imported timber pallets, pallets of non industry dimensions, cardboard, presswood.  In other words these are all garbage and suitable only for energy recycling.
